Min-Gyu Cho keeps the bogey free play to become co-leader after the Round 2 at MyNavi ABC

31 years old Min-Gyu Cho has been on Japan Tour since 2007, and today he made a consecutive bogey round to score 7 under which totaled to 10 under and became co-leader after the Round 2.

"My iron shots and putting was god today."
As he stated, he made the longest putt on the 10th, where he has made 8-meter birdie putt. Other than this, he got really close to the pin with his hot iron shots and made many birdie chances. Even at the trouble hole, Par 3 16th, he was able to scramble with a great short game out of the rough to tap in par.
"I am so glad that I didn't make any bogeys for the past 2 days."

Min-Gyu Cho watched the inaugural PGA Tour game in Japan, ZOZO Championship at his home last week. But he went to see the PGA Tour in his home country Korea, CJ Cup.
"I was able to see Jason Day, the winner Justin Thomas, and also my little brotherly friend, Jung-Gon Hwang."

Jung-Gon Hwang also played well on the Round 2 of MyNavi ABC sits at 3T with only 2 shots behind Min-Gyu Cho. His first victory in Japan was at the 2011 Kansai Open, but it took him 5 years to grab his second victory at 2016 Fuji Sankei Classic.
"I have been in Japan for 13 years, and my Japanese is quite good now. I really want to win in Japan, but for this tournament, I am just halfway through, so I don't really want to think too much about winning yet. I hope I could make my remaining 2 round with no bogeys."
