In tears of joy! Ryosuke Kinoshita achieves his V1 on his 8th year as a Pro

Ryosuke Kinoshita has finally come through. He won graciously with 5 shot lead at the Major tournament, Japan Golf Tour Championship.

This is Ryosuke's career first victory, and it came on the Major stage, which will provide him with a big title and 5-year Tour Seed.
"It took me so long to grab my first win. I have failed to win so many times. I was getting anxious again today, but thanks to all of the fan's cheers, I was able to make this happen."

Ryosuke was in tears of joy in front of this season's first with spectator event. He has earned winner's prize money of 30,000,000-yen and BMW X5 xDrive35d M Sport. Also 5-year Tour Seed and the ticket to WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational.
"Compared to my same age star players such as Hideki Matsuyama and Ryo Ishikawa, I am way behind. But I will add on more victories and try to catch up to them as fast as I could."

Rookie, Yuki Furukawa finished at total 9 under as solo 2nd, which is his best finish as a Pro. Amateur Taiga Sugihara and 3rd year professional Ryuichi Oiwa finished with 6 under and resulted at 3T. Takahiro Hataji who is known to be a big hitter took the 5th place, and the defending champion Mikumu Horikawa finished at 8T with 3 under.
