Casio World Open welcomes spectators this week, Order of Merit race is closing into climax

Prolonged 2020-21 season is about to end soon. 2 more tournaments left, including the JT Cup next week, which is only opened to top 30. This means, Order of the Merit race is heating up to its maximum and also, it is dead or alive week for the players in the bubble zone for next year's Seed.

40th anniversary Casio World Open was cancelled due to pandemic last year, but this week the course welcomes 5000 spectators per day, with very careful infection control measures practiced protecting all the guests, players and staffs.

Chan Kim, who won last week at Dunlop Phoenix, and accomplished V3 of the season leads the Order of Merit race. As for the next year's seed, Top 65 is the limit and the players in this bubble zone must struggle really hard to survive this intense fight.
