Bridgestone Open Golf Tournament 2021

Ryosuke Kinoshita wishing to accomplish Men's & Ladies' Money No.1 by both Bridgestone players

If you are Bridgestone sponsored player, this week's tournament is one of the most important game and must fight so hard with all of their efforts.

Ryosuke Kinoshita and Daisuke Kataoka both are Bridgestone player and went to same high school, 3 grades apart.
"This week's winner must be Ryosuke", said Daisuke, and Ryosuke replied, "No, no, it must be you, my senior."

They praised each other, but after a while, both said, "Team Bridgestone will make noises this week!"

Ryosuke's aim is to win at his sponsors tournament and regain his No.1 spot on the Money Rankings.
"I have been supported by Bridgestone since my junior high school days. This is most motivated tournament and I want to win and give back my gratitude."

Ryosuke has new 1W, Bridgestone B1 in his bag. He has been adjusting to the new 1W from 2 weeks ago.
"Best part of this gear is that it goes so straight, great accuracy. It provides soft touches and easy to control. Also gives lots of distance. These are the selling points."

This week, Ryosuke has coach Tomoaki Okushima on his bag, who is known as "if he carries, you are promised to win". He coaches Mone Inami, the Silver Medalist of Tokyo Olympics.
"I am so lucky. I want to make best from this chance."

Ryosuke and coach Okushima paired together in June and won Ryosuke's 1st Tour victory at the Dunlop Srixon Fukushima Open. Last week, Chan Kim took away the victory at Vantelin Tokai Classic and took over the No.1 spot on the Money Rankings, but Ryosuke says, "If I could win this week and become No.1 again, that should be the best way to thank my sponsor".

Top 5 Money Rankers after this week will be provided with the rights to challenge US PGA cub-tour QT Finals.
"I have given advice from Shingo Katayama and Hideto Tanihara that I should challenge overseas as soon as possible. But since it is still under pandemic circumstances. So, I decided to stay in Japan and get within Top 50 on World Rankings like Hideki Matsuyama and Ryo Ishikawa and earn the chance to challenge The Masters. Mone current No.1 right now for JLPGA Money Rankings is also Bridgestone player and So, if I become Order of Merit Champion, both No.1 will be Bridgestone players."
