Tomoharu Otsuki finishes as runner-up, his chance for the V2 slips through his fingers again

Tomoharu Otsuki started off his Final Round as a leader, having 2 stroked margin, but he couldn't close the deal and finished as runner-up again. This is second time this season for him to finish as 2nd.

He has high potentials on his 1W, and it out drove both Azuma Yano and Ryosuke Kinoshita in his group, but his tee shot got stuck in the rough more than few times too, so that made it difficult for Tomoharu to find the greens in two. Also, his putting didn't help out either.

He bogeyed the 1st hole by missing the short par putt.
"My first putt rolled slower than I expected, and the ball also was placed away from the line I assumed. It was disturbing start."

He played his 3R magnificently with bogey free 63. But on the Final Round, he played with 3 birdies and 3 bogeys to score 72.
"Of course, I was feeling pressure. I am regretful and I know that I can't win because I lack something. But I must shift my mind and be ready to battle next week. I will work on issues and try to find answers along the way."
