"Shugo always play the practice round with me. No no, could I rephrase it? Mr. Imahira is always kind to let me play along with him on the practice rounds. He offers so many advice such as the places you must avoid and expected pin positions. He always offers helping hand to me and I am very grateful. I am learning so much from Mr. Imahira."

Actually, Kenshiro and Shugo are same age, and they are buddies, but Shugo is current 2 years in a row Order of Merit Champion, the polite wordings by Kenshiro weren't exaggeration, it was his honest way to send his respects.

Kenshiro, who was given the chance to be in the field of Fuji Sankei Classic at the last-minute notice due to being first on the waiting list. "Many told me that they expect me to do well again, so I want to live up to their expectations."

Kenshito really admire Shugo, but he is also the rival he wants to defeat.
"Shugo is flawless. Like he was on the back nine 2 weeks ago. He makes all the chances he gets. That is why he is up there on the top ranks. From seeing him play on the practice round, he seems to be in good condition again. His shots are great. He has no weakness. So, as for myself I want to be able to perform my best and concentrate on each and every hole."

Kenshiro on his 7 th year as professional. He is surely motivated as he sees his buddy getting closer to 3-peat the Order of Merit title.
"I have been struggling for many years. I did have really difficult times, but it is all starting to build up. The experience I gained 2 weeks ago will provide me with confidence. I am not all hooked up to win, because that is not the point. I want to be able to figure out smart course strategy and make the score to get me closer to win."
