Typhoon Hagibis (No.19) causing serious damages in Japan breaks players hearts

Typhoon Faxai (No.15) made a big scar in Chiba Prefecture including the Bridgestone Open venue Sodegaura CC. 1200 trees were knocked down. This time with Typhoon Hagibis, back of the 9th tee area, 6th and 15th fairway side trees were knocked down. As well as TV broadcasting facilities broke down. It wasn't as bad as the last Typhoon, but still another big damage was caused in Chiba Prefecture and all around eastern and north eastern part of Japan.

Shugo's hometown Saitama Prefecture suffers the flooding of Iruma River. He stayed in during the cancelled Round 3 Saturday and watched serious damages happening all over Japan on news.

Shugo has sent a message expressing his "heartfelt condolences" to those affected by Typhoon.
"I have learned how fearful a Typhoon could be. I wish that all who are suffering from this diaster will be well soon."
