Announcement of the Passing of Professional Golfer Masashi Ozaki

Professional golfer Masashi Ozaki passed away at 3:21 PM on December 23, 2025, due to stage 4 sigmoid colon cancer.

He was 78 years old.

Since his diagnosis about a year ago, he had continued to recuperate at home, at his own discretion.

We sincerely express our deepest gratitude for your kindness during his lifetime and respectfully inform you of his passing.

In accordance with his wishes, the funeral will be held as a private funeral for close relatives only.

We regret to inform you that we will not accept condolence money, flowers, offerings, or visits of condolence.

A farewell gathering is planned for a later date. Details will be announced once they have been decided.
