LOPIA Fujisankei Classic reduced to 54 holes

The LOPIA Fujisankei Classic will be decided over 54 holes after no play was possible on Friday due to persistent inclement weather at the Fujizakura Country Club.

The second round will take place on Saturday, while the trophy will be handed out after Sunday's third and final round.

The cut will remain at the top 60 players and ties and will be made at the conclusion of the second round. The total prize money of JPY 110,000,000 will be reduced to 75% as a result of the circumstances.

Taiga Semikawa and Taiga Nagano currently hold a one-shot lead over Yusaku Hosono and Kohei Okada after the completion of the first round.

Ends.
