| Facilities for the gallery and sponsors are essential at the competition site. Operations of such are also considered as another critical responsibility of JGTO. For example, we creatively set up food and beverages stands as well as shopping sites and entertainment venues to make the tournament site more enjoyable and comfortable for the gallery. Lessons and charity autographing sessions by tour members are held. It is also possible to set up designated tents for sponsors as. By accounting for creating comfortable conditions to spectate, we trust that sponsors may enjoy providing the utmost hospitality to their customers. |

| ■Promoting nurturing of junior golfers |

| JGTO hopes that more children will have an opportunity to enjoy affinity with golf and dream of becoming professional golfers in the future. To materialize such intent, we exert efforts in hosting junior lesson sessions with incumbent professionals, holding national level championships, donating sets of full golfing sets to spread golfing among the youth community. We also hope to take more active participation in the ﾒJunior Golfer Nuturing Competitionﾓ hosted by the Japan Golf Association to boost this momentum. |

| We host an Awards
ceremony every year to praise annual achievements
of the professional tournament. All players that
marked achievement in each of the 16 award areas
gather together for a festive ceremony to commemorate
closing of the year. Not only award divisions judged
on comprehensive scores such as MVP, Shimada
Toropy(rookie of the Year) but MIP awards decided
by ballot castings via HP by fans to determine
the most memorable player are also considered as
high importance to appreciate the thoughts of golf
fan community. JGTO directs such gala occasions
to praise efforts of playersﾕ annual achievements. |

| The player's committee back in
1994 brought to the attention of the golfing circle,
a charity competition with "Cancer eradication" as its
slogan. Then, the East vs. West executive committee was
established. And with the support of Japan Association
of Music Enterprises, this competition came to birth.
Tour players and amateurs from cultural, sports, performing
arts circles form east and west groups depending on their
place of birth and compete against each other. Profits
from this competition are donated to 「Princess
Takamatsu Cancer Research Fund」each year. |
